Your way is to take the course through the Reserve School System.
An Army ILE class is starting to form for the fall term. This will be phase II of the ILE program. That means you will have to sign up for phase I at Ft. McCoy or Ft. Dix this summer. This local phase II course will be held at the Longview Community College. The address for Longview is 500 SW Longview Rd, Lee's Summit MO 64081-2105. The course dates are:
